Personally, I vanquished almost all of Cantha and then deleted the character for a PvP.

Ive deleted around 30sets of elite armor(pre-HoM),not really one thing,but over time that is my most regreted thing.

Anywayz, stupidest thing I ever did... my warriors name is one, my assassins name is another, deleting my necros luxon 15k a week before insignias went everywhere for all armors because it was minion masters armor.

My worst thing is probably making a warrior, rushing him to get elite armor and then deleting him soon after. Not too bad I suppose, but hey money is money.

i think the stupidest thing i have done is with my first char(a ranger), i got a black dye within the first week of play...added it to pre- ranger mask

lol and a couple times i have died as soon as an ecto drops tryin to get to it instead of keep my enchants up

when buying my obsidian armor I used to doubleclick to buy things from merchants and I ended up buying two chest armors. This was due to a little bit of lag.

I have merched (they were accidently in my backpack and not my second back that I normally have turned off and was clicking 'sell' without looking):
A full stack of ectos
A full stack of shards
2x Voltaic spears

I have deleted:
A monk with 2 sets of full fissure armor and multiple sets of tattoos (this was intentional, because I hated her hair after coming back to playing again -.-)

Well Shure ive deleted some nice things in the beginning, like 3.5 years ago.

Ive deleted a char of my son , he wanted a Dervish instead of the Necro he had. Ok np... emptyed his bags and all... deleted the char made a new one..

Yes I did.. Ok after playing GW that long Im used to some dissapointments

deleted rit with 15k kurz white. i was tired of support/dmg hybrid builds, and i kinda wish i had made a monk instead ^^
